EASY VS MONTHLY PLANNERS
Monthly planners can cost up to $180 per salesperson per year or more. The EASY planner is only $29.95 for a full twelve months.
 
Monthly planners do not provide for future owner calls, prospect calls or any planned activities past the present month. Doesn't make sense.
 
Monthly planners may cause insecurity in the sales force by making the salespersons feel as if they are employed on a month-to-month basis, which may contribute to a high turnover. With the EASY sales planner they feel as if they are part of the team for the long haul.
 
EASY VS OTHER YEARLY PLANNERS
Other planners have the daily sheet full of preprinted things to do. While those things might be suited for a particular type of dealership, sales force or salesperson, they might not be suited for others. The EASY planner is the only one that offers flexibility to be adapted as to how that Sales Manager or salespersons want to use it to suit their demographics and style of selling. Also, the EASY book can be used for personal things, a benefit that other planners do not provide.
 
Other planners have Jan. through Dec. month tabs. If you start in the middle of the year, you must begin in the middle of the planner. The EASY planner has a unique, copyrighted blank tab on "Month at a glance" sheets that allows starting at the front of the planner by writing in the month you begin and get a full twelve months regardless of when you begin. Makes sense.
 
Some other planners do not even have a calendar feature, no tabs, so they can't be used to set up planned contacts.
 
EASY VS COMPUTER OR ON LINE PROGRAMS
Those programs are expensive, the dealership has to sell a lot of cars to pay for them. They have to be purged constantly and are subject to being down, viruses, power outages etc. With the EASY planner and supervision, the salesperson can achieve the same results as they have done for antiquity.
 
 
HOW THEY ARE BEING HANDLED
Some dealerships buy the EASY planners, they belong to the dealership and when a salesperson leaves, he leaves the book so that another salesperson takes over and makes the entered contacts.
 
Some split the cost with the salespersons, if they own part of it, they will use it. It belongs to the salespersons.
 
Some charge the salespersons the full price, payroll deduct., and in ninety or sixty days if they show a Manager that they are using the book properly, they are refunded their investment. That way, if they use the planner, it doesn't cost them anything. If they don't use it, it doesn't cost the dealership anything. And, by using it to get their money back, they will be better organized and, more likely than not, make more sales and income.
